First on our list is one of Tom River, New Jersey’s most notable neighborhoods: Gilford Park. Gilford Park is widely regarded as being located in a ‘nice part of town’, a neighborhood on the water with a yacht club and marina. South of Route 37, between Island Heights and Seaside Heights, you will find Gilford Park. Over the years, much of the older homes have been replaced by new construction in Gilford Park.
